Innovative Interactive Video Content Platform Momenti, Inc. Relocates to GFP Real Estate’s 200 Varick Street
NEW YORK, New York, February 7, 2023 – GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce that Momenti, Inc., a video “content platform which enables interactive multidimensional content that you can touch and engage,” signed a new five-year lease for 4,949 square feet at 200 Varick Street in Hudson Square.
Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, and Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC, in the transaction; David Berger of Bernstein Real Estate represented the tenant, Momenti, Inc. The company, which had outgrown its existing space at 131 Varick Street, needed a larger space to accommodate its explosive growth. Momenti, Inc., which moved in this month, will use its new space for its global headquarters for executive, AI research, tech development, and operational offices.

Built in 1927 and designed by architect Frank S. Parker, 200 Varick St. is a 12-story, 490,000-square-foot office building located in the heart of Hudson Square. The property features oversized windows with four exposures; new mechanicals; and brand-new elevators that boast a state-of-the-art lobby boost system, increasing efficiency and reducing wait times.
In 2022, GFP Real Estate completed a full renovation of the building’s lobby and entrance, and several common corridors, to create a modern, state-of-the-art experience that includes a large “living” green wall.
