About Larry Busacca:
Larry Busacca has over 35 years in the media and agency business. First starting out as a photographer, then videographer, and then an all-around content creator & producer. Clientele included major celebrities like Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and Taylor Swift, as well as tour coverage for performers like New Kids on The Block, Bon Jovi, and Prince. As the Head of Getty Entertainment North America (includes photography and video divisions), he oversaw client relations with some of the world’s biggest brands, Hollywood studios, in addition to overseeing Getty’s production of major events and awards shows like The Oscars, Grammys, Met Gala, and major film festivals. Prior to that Larry was one of the original partners and VP of Marketing of Wireimage (later acquired by Getty), which revolutionized digital distribution, while also managing Wireimage’s photographer representation agency catering to advertising photography.


About Katharin Dyer:
Katharin Dyer is a C-level Executive who leads through key pivot points, whether scaling young organizations or transforming established firms to compete more effectively. She has over 30 years experience in Global CMO Roles and Global Digital Agency Leadership at premier firms. Previously, she was the Global CMO American Express Merchant Services, EVP & Executive Team Member Digitas serving the Fortune 100, and Global Partner of AI and Cognitive Computing Solutions at IBM. Her entire career focused on leveraging Advanced Analytics and AI for Customer Insights and Business Performance Gains. Currently she is an Advisor and Independent Board Member for Public and Private Firms.


About Mark Pavia:
Mark Pavia has over 34 years in Media, Data Strategy, Innovation, and Agency Executive Leadership at Publicis Groupe and Interpublic Group. As the Global & North American lead in various roles for clients that include Visa, ESPN, Anheuser-Busch, UPS, Coors Brewing Company, Cadbury Beverages, 3Com and Kimberly Clark. He also developed and implemented multiple digital services & SAAS products deployed Globally. Prior to that, he was the North American Managing Director of Starcom Digital Practice and Transformation, Director of Innovation at the Martin Agency, President of Martin Agency’s Media subsidiary.

About Stuart Kippelman:
Stuart Kippelman is the Chief Information Officer of Parsons Corporation. He is a published author, and holds multiple patents in data mining, analytics and Business Intelligence. Previously, Stuart served as in CIO roles at Griffols Healthcare, Biotest Pharmaceuticals, Platform Specialty products and Covanta Energy. Prior, Stuart held many leadership and technical roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson including Vice President Global Infrastructure Technology, VP Technology M&A and Emerging Markets, and VP Technology Research. Stuart is the Chairman of Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) Advisory Board, a leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to developing the skills of untapped talent from underserviced and veteran communities. He is also actively engaged in helping guide and develop the next generation of IT leadership and serves as a career mentor at Columbia University’s Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program. For his transformational work, Stuart has received numerous prestigious industry recognition’s including Top 100 CIO’s in STEM, Computerworld’s Premier IT Leader Award.
